We are proud to be AUSTRALIAN-based, with a dedicated team employed either full-time or part-time. Thanks to technology, our team members can work from multiple locations, allowing us to retain valuable staff despite lifestyle changes, making them a long-term part of our business. Though we come from diverse backgrounds, we all share one common trait—a CARING ATTITUDE.
We use a POD system, where a dedicated team of customer carers is assigned to your Health Clinic.
Our POD structure allows us to offer extended live answering hours throughout the week, including Saturdays. In addition to the POD system, our Concierge Carers follow the 7 Player In The Day strategies to manage the logistics of care for various health clients.
This approach solves the common issue of missed calls by a single receptionist, giving you access to not just your POD Carers but also our Concierge Carers. They can efficiently handle quick questions about rescheduling, session fees, appointment confirmations, and location assistance.
From GOHealth to Healthie Reception:
GOHealth Reception was acquired by Healthie Reception Pty Ltd in April 2024. The best of us have come with the change and also sees us become one with what we would all like in our careers and has allowed us to utilise more advanced technology and bring a synergy to working Healthier in healthcare. We look to work smarter and dynamically in your care off site from your clinic or practice room locations while ensuring we continue protecting aussie jobs and multi-cultural care.

A devoted mum and passionate dog lover, Alicia deeply understands the balancing act between family, work, and creating a schedule that truly works for life’s many demands.

Andrea
Customer care is at the heart of everything Andrea does as Captain. She’s seen firsthand how a single supportive conversation can spark meaningful change—inspiring people to communicate more openly with their families, engage proactively with healthcare providers, and break free from cycles of pain. Guiding potential and existing patients toward better health options, and hearing their renewed sense of hope, makes her work deeply fulfilling.
When she’s not consulting with business owners or on the phone, Andrea loves exploring local producers of exceptional food, wine, and handmade goods. Her true passion lies with animals—they keep her grounded and often spark her best business ideas. Just be warned: ask her about her urban farm, and she’ll happily share stories for hours.

Renee brings valuable experience from setting up medical and mental health clinics, and she thrives in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of phone scheduling care that Healthie Reception provides to diverse healthcare practices.
Passionate about staying actively engaged, Renee excels in roles that demand energy and precision. Outside of work, she finds joy in the companionship of her beloved cats and cherishes the time spent supporting her extended family.

Stephanie
Throughout Stephanie’s career whether caring for patients, managing bookings / schedules, or answering phones, my goal has always been the same: ” To make people feel valued, heard, and supported”.
From working as an Enrolled Nurse and Theatre Administration Assistance, to more recent aged care rostering and administration feel confident that my background can aid in representing your clinic communication, relationships and problem solving.
Senior Concierging Carer:
Chris
Chris brings energetic high fives and a vibrant spirit to the team. A skilled barista, he crafts exceptional coffee while delivering outstanding customer service—clients consistently rave about the warm, welcoming atmosphere he creates and his collaborative approach. His background in trade and technical services enables him to expertly manage multiple locations, optimizing travel times between home visits, clinics, and locum assignments.
In addition, Chris serves as site manager, ensuring seamless operations by overseeing hardware and IT infrastructure to keep the team fully connected and supported.
With his children now grown, Chris’s downtime is deeply rooted in music. When he’s not in a guitar lesson, he’s exploring a variety of instruments—though his true passion lies in guitars and drums, of which he believes you can never have too many.
Concierging Accounts Carer:
Julie
Julie works behind the scenes because she enjoys handling checks, spreadsheets, and invoicing. Her name often appears on invoice emails, and she frequently assists the Operations Captain in responding to business customer questions.
For several years, Julie has been part of the team, allowing her the flexibility to balance family life while still playing an important role in the operations of Local Customer Carers by completing the essential support tasks she excels at.
Senior Health Concierging Carer
Dreya
Dreya began her journey in project management with a focus on nurturing the growth of professionals around her. She seamlessly navigates diverse practices, bringing a natural understanding of how to transition between them and their clients.
Her approach ensures each individual spoken to feels seen, valued, and promoted in a way that reflects their unique contributions and matching the right health professional or solution to each. Let’s have a presence that is not accidental, but purposeful.
Orienteering Carer:
Olivia
Olivia is our Orienteering Carer who you will hear on your phones when she is outside the university study schedule. Currently studing Year 3 Biomedicine, Olivia is a natural in care and has a fundamental connection to helping people through healthcare.
Olivia works wonders with email channels getting results to practitioners, referrals uploaded and called to book their first appointments.
We are glad to have Olivia support our team and clients especially to fill gaps in our team when we operate for up to 11 hours a day.

Melissa
Melissa has previously supported private practice Doctors and Allied Health practitioners in NSW. She has a calming tone and takes her time to ensure your schedules are accurate and safe to know what to expect.
