Yes, we are real live people who answer your calls.
We are proud to be AUSTRALIAN-based, with a dedicated team employed either full-time or part-time. Thanks to technology, our team members can work from multiple locations, allowing us to retain valuable staff despite lifestyle changes, making them a long-term part of our business. Though we come from diverse backgrounds, we all share one common trait—a CARING ATTITUDE.
We use a POD system, where a dedicated team of customer carers is assigned to your Health Clinic.
Our POD structure allows us to offer extended live answering hours throughout the week, including Saturdays. In addition to the POD system, our Concierge Carers follow the 7 Player In The Day strategies to manage the logistics of care for various health clients.
This approach solves the common issue of missed calls by a single receptionist, giving you access to not just your POD Carers but also our Concierge Carers. They can efficiently handle quick questions about rescheduling, session fees, appointment confirmations, and location assistance.

From GOHealth to Healthie Reception:
GOHealth Reception was acquired by Healthie Reception Pty Ltd in April 2024. The best of us have come with the change and also sees us become one with what we would all like in our careers and has allowed us to utilise more advanced technology and bring a synergy to working Healthier in healthcare. We look to work smarter and dynamically in your care off site from your clinic or practice room locations while ensuring we continue protecting aussie jobs and multi-cultural care.

Melissa
Melissa has previously supported private practice Doctors and Allied Health practitioners in NSW. She has a calming tone and takes her time to ensure your schedules are accurate and safe to know what to expect.

Orienteering Carer:
Olivia
Olivia is our Orienteering Carer who you will hear on your phones when she is outside the university study schedule. Currently studing Year 3 Biomedicine, Olivia is a natural in care and has a fundamental connection to helping people through healthcare.
Olivia works wonders with email channels getting results to practitioners, referrals uploaded and called to book their first appointments.
We are glad to have Olivia support our team and clients especially to fill gaps in our team when we operate for up to 11 hours a day.
Senior Concierging Carer:
Chris
Chris brings high fives to the team, and customers can’t get enough of the positive vibes from excellent service, a welcoming atmosphere, and collaboration. His background in trade and technical services helps efficiently manage different address locations and travel times between home visits, practices, or locum needs. He also serves as the site manager, overseeing hardware and infrastructure to keep the team connected.
When not assisting patients over the phone, Chris spends his hard-earned money on the hobby farm or driving his teen kids to activities like French classes and athletics events. In quieter moments, creating music is his passion.
Lead Concierging Carer:
Andrea
Customer care never gets old, even for Andrea as the Captain. She has witnessed people, after one of their calls, turn around and treat their families and staff better, engaging more with their health professionals to improve their lives instead of remaining in pain cycles. Being part of bringing potential or existing patients to the business, discussing their options, and hearing their hope for better health makes the work truly worthwhile.
When Andrea isn’t brainstorming with business owners or answering calls, you’ll find her on her urban farm. Animals are her true love and keep her grounded. The best business ideas often come while tending to animals. But beware—ask Andrea about her urban farm, and she might talk your ear off. She’s also deeply invested in Speckle Park Cattle genetics.
Concierging Accounts Carer:
Julie
Julie works behind the scenes because she enjoys handling checks, spreadsheets, and invoicing. Her name often appears on invoice emails, and she frequently assists the Operations Captain in responding to business customer questions.
For several years, Julie has been part of the team, allowing her the flexibility to balance family life while still playing an important role in the operations of Local Customer Carers by completing the essential support tasks she excels at.
Debra
Debra brings intensive knowledge and relevant experience with office administration and supporting managers in large business. Debra is keen to broadening her experience around the medical industry. Let’s bring some business care to healthcare.
